Community Guidelines Statement

Klicket is a global platform that assembles a vast and diverse audience to engage in an array of live experiences. We prioritize the integrity of our platform. To this end, we have formulated these Community Guidelines, which articulate the acceptable and unacceptable types of events, activities, and content on Klicket, and are an integral part of our broader Terms of Service.

Terms with capitalization, not defined within this document, such as ‘Organizer’, ‘User’, and ‘Services’, retain their definitions as per Klicket's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to remove or limit access to content contravening our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

Cultivating the Klicket Community Klicket endeavors to be a conduit for individuals to either initiate or participate in live events that align with their interests. We are dedicated to ensuring a secure, inclusive, and respectful environment for the coordination and exploration of live events.

We encourage the creation of a wide range of events, reflective of diverse interests – from culinary arts to technology. It is imperative that content on our platform respects and showcases a variety of cultures and perspectives, and is either original or appropriately sourced.

These Community Guidelines serve to elucidate the limitations of our platform. They are not exhaustive and are subject to revision and enhancement. We advise regular consultation of these guidelines for any modifications.

Prohibited Content

1. Adult Sexual Content: Refrain from posting any content that is sexually explicit or inappropriate for a general audience. This includes pornography, graphic nudity, and any content associated with sexual services or explicit sexual themes.
2. Animal Welfare & Abuse: Do not promote events that involve or endorse animal cruelty or abuse. This includes illegal wildlife trade, illicit hunting activities, and any form of animal mistreatment.
3. Cannabis: Events advocating for or involved in the sale or distribution of cannabis or related products are prohibited, irrespective of the legality in specific jurisdictions.
4. Child Protection: Any content that compromises the safety of minors is strictly prohibited. This encompasses sexual abuse material involving children, and mandates that minors must be registered by a legal guardian for event participation.
5. Bullying: Content or events that facilitate or endorse bullying, harassment, or abusive behavior are not permissible.
6. Hateful, Dangerous, or Violent Content: Content or events that promote discrimination, violence, or hate against any group are strictly forbidden.
7. Human Trafficking: Content that supports or promotes human trafficking is strictly prohibited.
8. Illegal Activities: Do not engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to illegal drug use, unauthorized gambling, and intellectual property violations.
9. Integrity & Security: Activities that undermine the security or integrity of Klicket’s services are not permitted.
10. Misinformation: Refrain from disseminating content that contains harmful misinformation that could incite fear, prejudice, or violence.
11. Misrepresentation: Misrepresentation of oneself, one's events, or the content of one's events is not allowed.
12. Privacy: Respect privacy norms and refrain from collecting sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
13. Raffles, Sweepstakes, or Giveaways: Ensure that any content concerning raffles and similar activities complies with applicable laws.
14. Unacceptable Business Practices: Avoid engaging in or promoting spam, fraudulent practices, or multi-level marketing.
15. Weapons: Events centered around the sale, distribution, or transfer of weapons are not permitted.

Reporting Mechanism and Review Process If content violating these guidelines is identified, we encourage prompt reporting. Each report is subject to review, and not all content deemed offensive by an individual may contravene our guidelines. Discrepancies or disagreements regarding content removal should be directed to our review team.

Response to Community Guidelines Violations In cases where content is identified as violating our guidelines, actions such as content removal, event cancellation, or account suspension may be taken. In instances of severe violations, we may collaborate with law enforcement agencies and report illegal activities, including CSAM, to the appropriate authorities. In urgent situations related to content on Klicket, immediate contact with local law enforcement is advised.
